Mail Box Lock

Is your mail box lock getting hard to open? Have it replaced before you get locked out.

$45 includes new lock, installation, 4 keys

If you are locked out, a mail carrier will be needed and will be $5 extra to coordinate with them.

Smoke Detector Batteries

Avoid the beeps. Smoke detectors should have new batteries and be cleaned each year.

$8 per 9v detector - $6 per AA detector

$15 minimum charge per visit.

Includes Duracell batteries and detector cleaning.

Mail Colection

Don't want to go through the hassle of putting your mail on hold? Have it held in Ancient Tree.

$12 a week

Mail will be picked up 3 times a week. (M W F)

Then delivered to you when you get back.

Light Bulb Change

Clibing a ladder can be dangerous.

Have someone else do it for you.

$3 per bulb

$15 minimum charge per visit.
